Ganesh Chaturthi Celebration
Ganesh Chaturthi was celebrated with great enthusiasm in our school by the primary students. The day began with a special assembly where a beautifully decorated idol of Lord Ganesha was placed. We sang devotional songs and offered prayers to Lord Ganesha, asking for wisdom and success in our studies. Master Meet Rajai and Miss Sambhavi explained the significance of the festival, teaching us about Lord Ganesha’s qualities like removing obstacles and bringing good fortune. This was followed by the dance performance by the students of class 4th and 5th.
Later, we all enjoyed sweets like modaks, which are Lord Ganesha’s favorite.
The celebration ended with everyone coming together for aarti, and it filled the atmosphere with devotion and joy. The event taught us the importance of unity, respect for traditions, and protecting the environment. It was a day filled with learning and happiness!
