International Yoga Day – June 2023

Silver Bells Public School celebrated International Yoga Day with a grand event that highlighted the importance of yoga in promoting physical and mental well-being. Under the guidance of dedicated yoga instructor Bhavna Mam, students from classes 4 to 8 performed captivating yoga asanas, including a mesmerizing demonstration of Surya Namaskar. They also explored the benefits of pranayama, learning how controlled breathing can enhance focus and manage stress. The event was graced by the presence of the Principal and Vice Principal, emphasizing the school’s commitment to holistic development. The celebration served as a powerful reminder of the transformative power of yoga and the school’s dedication to nurturing students’ discipline, self-awareness, and inner harmony.

International Yoga day was celebrated today (21/6/23) at Nilambaug Palace vicinity in collaboration with INTACH Bhavnagar and the students of Silver Bells Public School (Class 11 humanities & commerce)also participated actively in the yoga performances.

We were Privileged enough to have The Princess of Bhavnagar as The Guest of the day in this event.
