DIWALI CELEBRATION AT SCHOOL
Diwali, also known as Deepawali, and the Festival of Lights. It symbolizes the triumph of good over evil, light over darkness and new beginnings.
The Diwali celebrations at school means a festive look with diyas rangolis cards gifts and greetings adorning every corner of the school premises with an atmosphere of togetherness and hope.
The students of SBPS celebrated the festival of Diwali with great enthusiasm. The students council proved that creativity and talent do not have boundaries.
The students, teachers and mothers of the primary classes participated in rangoli making competition.
Rangoli making competition motivated the students and mothers to perform and outshine in their creative skills and most important, work as a team to bring laurels to their house.
The students and mothers actively participated in the competition, demonstrating their utmost dedication and zeal.A special assembly was organised on Saturday 26th October 2024.
The programme started with a solemn prayer to the almighty and many beautiful songs and dance performances were presented by the students . The lovely performances filled our hearts and minds with love and harmony. The students talked about the significance of the festival..
The assembly was graced by the presence of our managing trustee Mrs. Amarjyotiba Gohil ,Mr Chakrapani and the vice principal and the coordinators of the school. Nice gifts were given to the helping staff of the school to make this festival a happy one for everyone in the school.
Besides sensitizing students about the ill-effects of crackers, they also shared the guidelines of environment-friendly options for celebrating Diwali. Wonderful presentation of the assembly by the students instilled a sense of victory of light over darkness, knowledge over ignorance, good over evil, and hope over despair.
