World Day Against Child Labour
World Day Against Child Labour is observed on June 12th each year to serve as a catalyst for the growing worldwide movement against child labour. Child labour and exploitation are the results of many factors including poverty, social norms condoning them, lack of decent work opportunities for adults and adolescents etc.
The SBPS observed the occasion, keeping in mind the theme of the year, ‘Social Justice for All. End Child Labour!’.
The students of class XI & XII Humanities, discussed the relevance of observing the occasion across the globe through Skit and Speech.
